Productive Use Appliances

Our next technology aims to provide 75 million people with access to affordable, energy-efficient productive use appliances by 2030.

Despite advances in energy generation and distribution, energy-intensive appliances are prohibitively expensive in the last mile. Energy efficient, income-generating appliances can help rural users become truly energy independent and self-reliant.

ITT is focused on bringing a combination of energy-efficient refrigerators, drills and pumps with innovative financing solutions for low-income populations in India and Nigeria.
